Hello, and welcome to the China Travels! My name's Alexa Sharp, and this is where I'm going to put up all I know about China (which isn't so much right now). Let me explain: I'm taking a trip to China with my family in August '98. I plan on keeping a journal while I'm there, which I will then put up on this site. It will be somewhat similar to my J-Files journal of living in Japan, but slightly different since in China I will just be a tourist. Anyway, before I go I'm going to be doing a lot of research, and I'm going to be trying to learn some Mandarin (heaven forbid!)... and I will put what I learn up here! So here we go... enjoy!
